 | Mr. Boudreaux practices general civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial and employment disputes, corporate law, construction law, insurance defense, offshore and maritime litigation, civil rights and personal injury litigation. In addition, he has practiced in the areas of successions and donations, consumer and commercial debt collections, workers compensation and professional malpractice defense.
Mr. Boudreaux obtained his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1990, and he received his law degree from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1997. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas, and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana State and Lafayette Parish Bar Associations and a former member of the American Inn of Court of Acadiana and the John M. Duhe Inn of Court in Lafayette, Louisiana.
